Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select your reason for return.
Secure Packaging
Place your diamond earrings in their original presentation box and include all certification documents, such as GIA or IGI reports, to avoid a replacement fee.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to a new shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the stone's authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
